Check if your power supply is bad
Try unplugging your computer for about 10 minutes to reset the power supply. Then plug it back in and try again. Change settings
Click on the Scaling tab and make sure that Auto-Adjust Resolution is not selected.

From here choose Display Properties and click on Adjust picture quality. Make sure that the checkbox for Remove checkmarks before adjusting picture quality is unchecked. Update Drivers
